You can return merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date. Before you return any merchandise, you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). If you do not have a RMA NUMBER, we cannot accept your returned merchandise. The merchandise must be unused, unopened, and include all the original parts and manuals if applicable.

When returning an order, please include a copy of your email confirmation receipt. You must also include a completed RETURN/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT Form, which will be included with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) in an email from us at Electronic Discounters Please inspect all of the products immediately after receiving them.

We do not accept returns after 30 days for damaged or defective products.

Merchandise should be repackaged in its original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for lost packages or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit. Your return shipment must be made via a carrier that provides tracking information such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS

We will issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving merchandise that we deem resalable. The complete refund will be the original purchase price less a 15% processing fee and the original shipping costs already paid to the carrier.

The above return policy also applies to exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange your Item for different item of equal or greater value, we will waive the 15% processing fee. We will apply your entire initial payment minus the original shipping costs towards your second order. Shipping charges (and sales tax for MN residents) will apply to the second order. If your new order is not of equal or greater value, restocking fees will apply to the entire order.

We ship most orders same-day or within one business day. If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order.

If you do not immediately know what you want in exchange, we can issue Store Credit to be used within one year. All above return and exchange policies apply but allow you more time to choose the products you need.
If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return your order in accordance with the above return policy.

If you refuse delivery of a shipment or provide an undeliverable address as your shipping address and your package is returned to us, you will be credited for the purchase price less all shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. Alternatively, you may pay the cost to reship the product and provide any needed updates to your shipping address and/or shipping method.
